What is BubblePOP?

BubblePOP is a unique interactive bubble experience for everyone!

Young children can engage interact with bubbles which promotes visual tracking, fine motor skills, and hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, among a host of other developmental skills. Older kids and adults can learn tricks with the help of our associates. For the busy adult, bubbles are a known stress reliever. Plus – bubbles are just FUN!

Experience different interactive bubble stations including the bubble power, creating a bubble tower, get inside a bubble, mad bubble party, and dry ice bubbles. Each station allows you and your family to experience bubbles in a new and interactive way.

What ages is BubblePOP good for?

BubblePOP is for people of all ages! We recommend that children be walking (although infants can also enjoy good bubble stimulation).  Older siblings and adults also love BubblePOP! BubblePOP a truly unique family-friendly experience that every person in your group, regardless of age, can participate in.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted without an adult over the age of 18.

How long can I stay in BubblePOP with my admission?

There is no time limit on your admission for the day.

Is BubblePOP a franchise?

BubblePOP is not a franchise. We are a small family-owned and run business.

If you would like to be added to our interest list for possible future expansion possibilities, please send us an email with your contact information and we will contact you if and when expansion opportunities are available.

So this is the only one?

Yes! We are the only store of its kind.  We have just opened up a location in Mission Viejo in addition to our first Tustin store.

Planning Your Visit

Where is BubblePOP located?

BubblePOP Tustin is located at the District at Tustin Legacy.  We are located on the walking promenade between the AMC theatre and Union Market. Our next door neighbors are Union Ryde and Fashion Camp. Our neighbors across are Freckled Frog and Phenix Salon Suites.

BubblePOP Mission Viejo is located at the Shops of Mission Viejo on the second level outside of Macy’s Mens.

Where’s the best place to park?

The closest parking to our BubblePOP Tustin location will be around AMC Theaters close to Luna Rossa. You cannot park directly in front of the BubblePOP storefront. You will need to park and then walk to BubblePOP.

For the BubblePOP Mission Viejo location, the easiest place to park is either at the food court parking lot or the Macy’s Men’s close to Cheesecake Factory parking.

What is the cost of admission?

One Child and One Adult Combo Ticket: $23
Additional Adult Added to Combo Ticket*: $6
Additional Child Added to Combo Ticket: $12
Adult Admission: $15

Children under 18 months are free. We do not allow children to play without adult supervision.

We also offer group rates for 20+. Please contact us for group rates and/or field trip rates.

*All adults entering BubblePOP using an Additional Adult Ticket must be from the same household as the adult purchasing the Combo Ticket. Same household is defined as two adults who have the same address on their government issued identification. If no government issued identification is available, the adult will be charged regular adult admission of $15.

Does each person require a paid admission?

Each person entering BubblePOP must have paid admission. Children under 18 months are free.

Do I need to pay for my infant?

Children 18 months and younger are free.

Is there a changing table?

The bathroom is equipped with a changing table.

Do I need a reservation to play at BubblePOP?

You can make a reservation to play at BubblePOP here and we also accept walk-ins based on availability.  Individuals with reservations get priority access at check-in. There is no payment required at time of reservation, you will be charged admission at check-in.

We do occasionally close for special events. Please check our calendar for all store events and closures.

How do reservations work?

We allocate a 30-minute window for reservation arrival.

Can I leave and come back the same day?

You can leave and come back into BubblePOP with your admission.  Most people will go outside for snack or lunch and come back for some more bubble fun after.

Do you offer membership?

We currently offer a BubblePOP Weekend Pass which gives unlimited admissions to BubblePOP when we are open to the public.  The pass is one month in duration and is valid at the specific location purchased only.  These can be purchased in store only.

Do you have group rates?

We have special rates for groups of 20 people or more.  Please contact us for pricing and availability.

How can I book a field trip?

BubblePOP only schedules one large (over 50 people) field trip at a time to ensure the best experience.  Please contact us for additional information and availability.

I have a 10-pack, gift card, guest pass left from before you closed – how can I use it?

We will honor 10-packs, gift cards, and guest passes from prior to the pandemic as long as you have the physical item.  10-packs, gift cards, and guest passes are the same as cash.  We cannot track them if you lose them. Lost cards will not be transferred or refunded.

We also have a new combo ticket pass with 6 combo tickets.  This can be purchased in store only.

Why should I (an adult) pay to watch my children play?

BubblePOP was created as an experience for all ages. We pride ourselves as one of the rare indoor facilities where adults and children can do all activities together. This allows for (and we encourage) interactive play across generations! We’ve had many adults without children come into BubblePOP to play.  Additionally, each person entering affects BubblePOP total capacity.

Do I need a waiver to enter BubblePOP?

Every person will need to have a waiver on file to enter BubblePOP.  Each adult must fill out their own waiver (yes grandparents must also have a waiver on file). Minors are listed on the responsible adult’s waiver. Waivers can be filled out in advance here .

Can I fill out the waiver in advance of my visit?

Yes you can!  Waivers can be filled out in advance at here.

I’ve already filled out a waiver in the past, do I need to fill one out again?

If you have filled out a waiver prior to the re-opening after the pandemic, you will need to fill out another waiver.  Once filled out after July 2, 2021, we will have a copy on file and you will not need to fill it out again for the next 12 months. Waivers are filed by name. So if your name was mistyped or mis-spelled on a previous visit, we may not be able to find your waiver.

Can I bring my own food into BubblePOP?

We do not allow outside food into BubblePOP during open play. Outside food is allowed only for booked events in our store. You are welcome to bring in your own water, and juice or milk for kids.

Do the younger members of my group need a change of clothing?

We recommend bringing a change of clothes for kids 3 and younger.

Are you a shoe-on or shoe-off facility?

We are a shoe-on facility.  We recommend wearing anti-slip shoes. Not all waterproof shoes are anti slip. Crocs are not anti slip.

What shoes do you recommend for your facility?

We recommend wearing anti-slip shoes. Most tennis shoes and sneakers should be fine.

Do I need to wear socks at BubblePOP?

You will keep your shoes on while inside BubblePOP – you can wear socks inside your shoes if you’d like.

Reservations

Do I need a reservation to play at BubblePOP?

You can make a reservation to play at BubblePOP here and we also accept walk-ins based on availability.  Individuals with reservations get priority access at check-in. There is no payment required at time of reservation, you will be charged admission at check-in.

What if I’m running a little bit behind or a show up a little bit early?

If you are running a little behind for your reservation, that’s no problem! We allocate a 30-minute arrival window for all reservations. If you’re you’re a little early to your reservation, as long as we are not closed for a private event, we will do our best to accommodate your early arrival.

Will I be charged if I cannot make my reservation or arrive late?

There are no fees to make or cancel a reservation.

Why should I make a reservation?

Making a reservation is a good way to ensure that we will be available for open play. We occasionally close for private events. If you have a reservation during a time that we will be closed for a private event, we have the ability to contact you to let you know that we will be closed that day. We have generally book private events no later than 2-weeks out.

Making a reservation also allows us to see what the potential foot traffic for the day will be like and we can do our best to staff the store accordingly which will help ensure that all guests at BubblePOP have the best experience possible.

I have over 10 people in my group. How do I make a group reservation for 10 or more people?

Please contact us in advance before making your reservation for 10 or more people. If you have a group of 20 or more, please contact us for special group rates.

Why was my reservation cancelled?

The system cancels duplicate reservations made by the same person on the same day. It will leave the most recently made reservation. If you believe your reservation was cancelled in error, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (949) 529-8078.

Reservations made for 20 people that block off an entire timeslot are also cancelled unless you speak with us first.

Giftcards

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We sell physical gift cards in the store. We currently do not have an option to mail our physical gift cards. They can only be purchased in the store.

We also sell e-gift cards online that can be mailed directly to your recipient. Please click here to buy your e-gift card.

Do you sell e-gift cards?

Yes, we sell e-gift cards through our online store through Square. Please click here to buy your e-gift card and have it mailed directly to your recipient.

I have a gift card from before you closed for the pandemic – how do I use it?

Birthdays and Events

Can I book an event at BubblePOP?

Yes you can!  We host birthday parties, product launches, evening events, and special family get togethers!  We host events where we are also open to the public and we also host private events where you can buy out the space exclusively for your group.

What is the difference between a semi-private and private event?

For a semi-private event, the public will be allowed in the space to play, while you will have the exclusive use of our party space – an area on the floor that is sectioned off.

For a private event, the public will NOT be allowed in BubblePOP to play, and you will have the exclusive use of the entire store for your event.

So if I book a semi-private event, the public will be allowed in the space?

Yes.  The public will be allowed into the store to play with all the stations.  Your party area with food will be separate.

How many people are included in a semi-private birthday event?

You have 40 people included for a semi-private birthday. Additional guests over the initial 40 people are $10 per person up to 50 total people. We do not allow semi-private events with more than 50 people.

Are infants included in the total party headcount?

Kids under 18 months will not be counted towards your party headcount.

How many people are included for a private event?

80 people are included in the initial party package.

Can I add more event time to my event?

Yes you can! We set up our birthday party times so that there is only one birthday party at a time.  Depending on the time of your party, whether it’s semi-private or private, the rate to extend birthday party time will differ.

Do you sell party food on site?

We do not have a kitchen at BubblePOP, however we work with preferred caterers for your convenience. Our Preferred Caterers will deliver and setup all Preferred Catering Orders.

Can I bring in outside food for a birthday party?

Yes you can! We we work with preferred caterers for your convenience. Our Preferred Caterers will deliver and setup all Preferred Catering Orders. You can also other from other vendors for your catering needs, and a $150.00 fee will apply.

How about cake? Does my cake need to come from a Preferred Catering Vendor ?

Your cake (or birthday dessert, e.g. cupcakes, decorated cookies, etc.) can be from any vendor of your choosing. There are no additional fees to bring in birthday cake or dessert.

Who are your Preferred Catering Vendors?

BubblePOP Tustin:  Our Preferred Caterers are: Halal Guys, Ike’s Sandwiches and BubblePOP (Pizza and more).

BubblePOP MISSION VIEJO:  Our preferred Caterers are: Sessions West Coast Deli, Ruby’s, Wetzel Pretzel, and Blaze.

Am I required to order from a preferred catering vendor?

No.  You can order from any vendor and a $150 Non-Preferred Catering fee will apply.

How does preferred catering work?

We work with you to make the catering process easy!  Once you have your order, BubblePOP will facilitate the ordering, delivery, and prep so it’s ready to go for your party.  The food balance will be added onto the final total invoice so you don’t need to worry about paying separate vendors.

Do you allow alcohol?

BubblePOP has partnered with an alcohol caterer for packages.  Currently this option is only available for private events.

Can I bring in an outside vendor like a face-painter, balloon artist, or costumed character?

Yes you can!  BubblePOP offers preferred entertainment vendors – ask us!  If we are not able to meet your request, you are welcome to bring in your own outside vendor.  All outside vendors must be approved in writing from BubblePOP or they will be denied admission into the space.

Can I decorate the party space?

Yes! We encourage decorations to make your party festive!

What decorations can I use?

You must leave the walls as you found it.  No permanent fixtures to the walls – our families typically use 3M command strips for the walls. We do not allow confetti in our space.

Could BubblePOP supply and set up decorations for my event?

Absolutely! We understand that party planning can be overwhelming, and some families may not have time to plan or setup. We offer party packages that make things easy for the overwhelmed or busy family. Check out our Convenience Package which includes food and decorations on our Birthdays Page for more information!

I don’t have time to plan for decorations OR food, is there a quick and easy option for birthdays?

Absolutely! We understand that party planning can be overwhelming, and some families may not have time to plan or setup. We offer party packages that make things easy for the overwhelmed or busy family. Check out our Decorated PPOP or Convenient POP Package which includes food and decorations on our Birthdays Page for more information!

How far in advance do I have to book my birthday party?

We work on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage early booking. Semi-Private events cannot be booked less than 7 days from the event date. Private Events cannot be booked less than 14 days from the event date.

If you are having a party emergency (e.g. rain for outdoor venue), please contact us and we will see what we can do.

What if some of my guests have been to BubblePOP in the past, do they need to fill out another waiver?

All guests who visit the space after July 2, 2021 will need to sign a new waiver.  Once signed, we will have it stored in our system and you will not need to sign the waiver for 12-months. We look up waivers by name. If the name was typed in incorrectly, we may not be able to locate your waiver.

Off-Site Events

What types of off-site events do you do?

We bring our activations to any off-site event.  We can do anything from bubble workshops and bubble lessons at schools to church family fun days to full large scale convention events.

Do you have residential bubble services?

We typically do large-scale off-site events – conventions, corporate family fun day, school carnivals. We can also do residential bubble services!  Please refer to our off-site event page for more details on what we offer.
